Puppies of any breed are rarely available for adoption, because they are funny and their owners have no serious problems with them. Housebreaking is not difficult with this breed. Adults require much training and grooming and cause some troubles, if not provided with enough mental and physical activity. If the owner doesn’t care for training and socializing a puppy, it will likely develop behavior problems difficult to live with. It may be especially dangerous for families with children, who play rough with the dog. To avoid problems with poorly trained dogs, their owners can give them up to rescues.

There are many reasons why the dogs are relinquished.
