The main aim of every volunteer organization is to provide each dog with a responsible owner who will take care of it and will never leave it in the street again. The abandoned dogs experience a great shock. When adopting a dog, new owners are asked to sign a contract, which states that, if the dog is relinquished for any reason, it must be returned to the organization.
